When life becomes difficult, and you need someone to share your thoughts with, counselling can provide you with an outlet, as well as the tools to help you cope and recover.
A counsellor's role is to listen with empathy, and without judgement, supporting you as you seek to make sense of why you feel and behave the way you do. This, in turn, can help and empower you to find long-lasting solutions to problems.
