In this interview, the counsellor Pauline Andrew talks about the use of creative interventions in the therapy room. As director of Deep Release, an organisation that is devoted to bringing psychotherapeutic theory alive in a way that is easy to understand, Pauline weaves creativity into her practice, often working with nesting dolls, pictures and other artistic interventions. Here, we focus on her use of fairy tales as a therapeutic tool.
